Terms and Conditions of price.
In order to calculate your price we’ve had to make the following assumptions:

1. Access to the working area is a minimum 90 cm in width with no obstructions.
2. The install area is relatively level, no greater height difference across the space than 30 cm.
3. Distance from kerb side to working area is no greater than 30 m and step free.
4. We will have a minimum area of 3m by 3m that we can use throughout the build.

This needs to be kerbside/driveway/front garden to accommodate skips/Portaloo’s etc. We’ll need around 3 days but don’t worry we’ll always tidy up after ourselves!

If you don’t meet the above criteria that’s fine, we’ll just need to allow some more time on the job and some extra kit so your price will likely change to reflect this.
